It must be equipped with fertilizer granulator, organic fertilizer dryer, organic fertilizer coating machine, and can be packaged, stored or sold after mechanical cooling after granulation.

Organic fertilizer production process

① Fermentation system: the fermentation system of organic fertilizer equipment technological process is composed of feed conveyor, biological deodorant, mixing mixer, special lifting turnover machine and electric automatic control system;
② Drying system: the main equipment includes belt conveyor, drum dryer, cooler, induced draft fan, hot blast stove, etc.
③ Deodorization and dust removal system: composed of settling chamber and dust removal chamber
④ Crushing system: including new semi wet material crusher, LP chain crusher or cage crusher, etc.

⑤ The batching system includes electronic batching system, disc feeder, vibrating screen and other equipment, which can be equipped with 6-8 kinds of raw materials at a time.
⑥ Mixing system includes optional horizontal mixer or disc mixer, vibrating screen, mobile belt conveyor, etc.
⑦ Pelletizing system of organic fertilizer needs pelletizing equipment. The selected granulating equipment includes: drum granulator, organic fertilizer compound fertilizer combined granulator, roller granulator, disc granulator, organic fertilizer special granulator, rounding machine, etc.

⑩ Finished product packaging system generally includes electronic quantitative packaging scale, silo, automatic sewing machine, etc. In this way, the automatic and uninterrupted production of organic fertilizer equipment can be realized; the conveyor system mainly uses belt conveyor and screw conveyor.
